PromptBox ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and disclosed by PromptBox.

Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your email address, display name, and profile picture to identify you and sync your data across devices.

User Content: We store the prompts and themes you explicitly create and save within the application. This data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore.

Usage Data: We do not collect granular usage data or track your browsing history. We only store the data you explicitly save.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• To sync your saved prompts across your devices (Chrome Extension, Web Dashboard, etc.).
• To authenticate your identity.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform via Firebase. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Your data is used solely for providing the PromptBox service to you.

5. Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings menu in the application.
